I’m managing a community that’s right around a year & there’s a clear sense of community forming, which is great! The problem comes from an anonymous survey I posted where multiple members touched on how they have a hard time feeling included. There’s notes about super users operating as a clique and only tag one another, or are more critical of members outside of the group. Is there an easy way to scale inclusion of others while still ensuring the super users can have their clique?

I'm at a crossroads and want some anonymous opinions! I live in NY, have a pretty comfortable job (WFH, easy days). No big problems, just feel a bit broke and unfulfilled. But life is stress free. I have the opportunity to move back to a city I used to live in before NY. I had a great life here with a great community. Money will be less but stretch much further. But life will be more stressful with harder work and more social drama. Would you move back? Or try to make it in NY?

Am I the only consultant who feels that some associates are truly malicious? They gossip about everything and give negative upward feedback with no grounds whenever anonymous, and have no empathy
