I worked at Anson McCade full-time (More than a year)
You're given plenty of training and guidance throughout. Not your typical sales floor with high pressure and hard targets, much more of a consultative approach. Building relationships with candidates and clients is encouraged, rather than quick wins. Great sociable team, everyone goes out together at least once a week with regular social activities planned.
You have to be proactive enough to ask for help. The more questions you ask, the better you'll do.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing but look to keep adding more benefits in order to stay competitive.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anson McCade.
Initial telephone interview then invited in to meet the internal recruitment manager. Feedback was given within a couple of days and I was invited back in to meet with a few team leaders who were hiring and finally the managing director. All interviewers were different in their approach, the interview with the managing director being particularly challenging in order to test how well I'd work under pressure.
