I worked at Anson McCade full-time (More than a year)
You're given plenty of training and guidance throughout. Not your typical sales floor with high pressure and hard targets, much more of a consultative approach. Building relationships with candidates and clients is encouraged, rather than quick wins. Great sociable team, everyone goes out together at least once a week with regular social activities planned.
You have to be proactive enough to ask for help. The more questions you ask, the better you'll do.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing but look to keep adding more benefits in order to stay competitive.
I applied online. I interviewed at Anson McCade (London, England (UK)) in July 2017.
I first met with the Recruitment Manager which lasted about 45 minutes. She then got me to meet with three managers separately which I understand sometimes happens on the first interview depending on who is available, sometimes you are brought back.
Very different interview styles from each person so you must adapt quickly. Some tough questions but mostly they like to get to know you personally i.e. your interests, background, topics you feel passionate about.
I came back in for a final stage interview with the director which was the hardest one but not as aggressive as other recruitment companies I’d already seen so I knew roughly what to expect.
