Sometimes forced to work overtime if short-staffed. It's nice to make overtime pay but not when it's forced on you. It would be nice if they gave you the option to work overtime or not.Advice to Management
Please continue improving the Associate benefits like you recently have done with the medical premiums. Also, try not to force any schedule changes or overtime on your Associates in the labs.
