Coworkers care passionately and want to make great work. Interesting subjects.
this is not a good company to work for as a woman. Two women on maternity leave have been laid off in the last year. Assertive women and men of color are given onerous tasks to force them out. The leadership is all white men and promotions/raises go to men first. It's a weird approach because most clients are women. Leadership needs to understand we are not a bank and our brand is suffering.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Antenna International.
The process was well laid out and each step was clearly communicated with me. The interviews itself were direct and to the point - which I appreciate. Each interviewer was well prepared and it was clear they had reviewed my background in detail. It made me feel like my time and background were valued because the questions were pointed and direct. There was prompt follow up after each interview. The overall process was detailed and quick. It showed me that Antenna took this role and opportunity seriously.
