    Pros

    Relaxed environment
    Very modern building & up to date technology
    Lax dress code (jeans/T-shirt everyday if you want)
    Free gym
    Affordable health benefits & health credits to offset cost
    On site cafeteria (food is great)
    Very helpful coworkers and management
    Many opportunities for growth
    Flexible hours based on seniority

    Cons

    Only two I can think of are—
    Short 30 min lunch breaks & only one 15 min rest break
    Heavy call volume at times

    I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anthem (Indianapolis, IN) in October 2017.

    I applied online and was sent an email for an assessment that needed to be completed within 48 hours. I received an email to schedule an in person interview. Interviewer was nice and pleasant . Overall my experience was the best I've had with any other employer
