Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

Cons- Office: The company has outgrown its office space, there are frequently situations where people have to sit on the sofas to work, as there are no desks available. There is a flexible seating
Advice to ManagementMake people feel more like a team again. You cant have the expectation of startup motivation and startup workload without the perks of a startup (flexibility etc.)
InterviewOverall very smooth and fast recruitment process with quick feedback after each stage. Flexible with having interviews online.
