Best Places to Interview: 2016 (#30)
I worked at Aon Hewitt full-time
I thought it was a great place to work, with great people, and great benefits. I worked in the headquarters in Illinois, so I enjoyed the Starbucks and the big Cafeteria. In the summers, our team would alternate leaving early on Fridays. It provided a nice work/life balance. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of military relocation.
The department I was in didn't have much room for growth. The promotions seemed to take quite some time. Although, I heard from a friend who still works there that they've added some additional titles to help with that.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aon Hewitt.
Very welcoming and open. They start off as a group type thing, it felt more like an open forum where you could ask questions and learn more about the company and your future roles. The interview process was S.T.A.R. format.
Didn't have a chance, they sent me an offer via email with a salary amount. You either accepted the offer or decline.
