I have been working at Apcela part-time
Great people, Culture. A lot of responsibility,
All the normal struggles that come with working at a smaller company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apcela (Washington, DC) in January 2016.
Had 3 rounds of interview with 3 different employees. All three experiences were great - people were all friendly and gave a good impression of the company. Except after the final round interview, I didn't anything back from them. I waited a couple weeks and decided to follow up with them but no response. I tried the other 2 employees that I had met through the process and they didn't respond either. It was very unusual and I was more disappointed that after 3 rounds, they didn't have the courtesy or respect to decline my application. For this reason, I recommend staying away from the company.
