Good people, decent health benefits, great PTO that grows over the years, relaxed dress attire, can be fun place.
Too many initiatives moving at the same time. Can't get one thing completed before having to move on or add something else. Consistent communication issues between departments, big $$ spent too quickly on things that don't prove worth their value.

It took at least a month, you train for s couple of weeks, you still don't know much when training is over but you can always ask anyone and most people will help you.
