    Pros

A company where you have the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities, should you not be afraid of it. In transformation with a lot of potential. Employees are accountable for their areas of work in a matrix organisation, which provides a lot to learn especially since it is not so easy.

    Cons

In transformation, so some areas may be a bit old fashioned and lack maturity in terms of processes, tools, competencies... I personally see this as an opportunity to improve.

    Advice to Management

Go further in building an environment of trust and benevolence- so that people feel at ease to try and fail!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Aperam.

    Interview

Spoke with department manager and sales manager.
Described what job will entail and asked questions regarding job and self.
Interview went well however, they did not disclose it was a temp to hire position until the interview. Unfortunately, was a waste of time for both parties.
