I have been working at Apex Companies, LLC full-time (More than a year)
The company is growing fast and seems to be be on good financial ground. This allows the Leadership of the company to hire talented employees to put their stamp on what I believe is a bright future. You can talk to any of the company's leaders and they are willing to listen. The CEO is a real leader and is the right person to pilot the company.
With the exception of the CEO, many of the company leaders have been with the company for an extended period of time. Some have been reluctant to change from a small company mentality. This could hinder future growth because they need to support the new vision so it filters down to their employees. The company overhead staff need to embrace technology more to save time and money to perform their job functions
Advice to Management
Apex has the right person to take them where they want to go. I totally agree with the direction the CEO is taking the company. He is looking to the future and understands what it takes to succeed as a larger firm. I only hope I can do my part to help the company reach its goals.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Apex Companies, LLC (New York, NY).
Interview went well. So far seems like a great company to work for. If you have received the phone interview than you have a good chance for meeting for a formal interview. Make sure you are prepared to knock the socks off them because you are then competing with just a hand full of candidates.
