    direct supervisor is flexible. Paid continuing education provided to staff


    Merit raises are Not recognized on individual basis. 1-1.5% raises given if at all. No bonuses. Under paid for experience

    Advice to Management

    Give recognition to loyal employees. Compensate those who have good work ethic and good performance versus giving everyone the same pay raises. Provide better staffing for coverage.
