Exceptional communication from recruitment through departure; even the day of my interview with the company I was supporting, my recruiter contacted me just to ensure that I was prepared and confident. I may not choose to work as a W2 worker again but if I had to, Apex Systems would be my first consideration.
No PTO; benefits are costly based on the amount earned
Advice to Management
Every recruiter/manager should be as engaged as mine. I know that Siobhan doesn't work there any longer but I couldn't have asked for better support.
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Apex Systems.
I got a call from a recruiter saying that she got my contact info from careerbuilder. Gave info about the position and went over my resume. I was sent a typing test and a few weeks later they gave me a call for a in person interview with the hiring manager that they hired for. Went over several questions interview was pretty laid back and straight forward. The next day they called with job offer.
