    Positive Outlook

    I have been working at Apogee Integration full-time (More than a year)


    Fun environment, great coworkers, middle of the road benefits, but the 401K matching is really good. Best part is management, they really let you take your career where you want to go. You feel valued, which is huge & pay is pretty competitive


    Some of the benefits could be a bit better, but otherwise I don't really have much by way of cons

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing! Empowering employees to own their career is working really well. Would be nice if there was a bit more of a mentor relationship structure in place, but that will occur naturally as the company grows
