I worked at ApolloMD full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people I worked with were incredibly smart and encouraging. They made work enjoyable. Great place to start if looking for corporate healthcare experience. The operations department is incredibly experienced and always willing to help. Lastly, this company offered decent benefits and a fair amount of PTOs.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ApolloMD.

    Interview

Multiple telephone conversations with company recruiter making lots of promises. Pleasant face to face interviews- more conversational than stressful. You get a real feeling that you can spend alot of time with good people and become family. There is a sense of true passion with the providers.
The credentialing process is very difficult, forms get lost...

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Confusing. Very disorganized after initial interviews.
Many promises. No actual contract, ever. Most of the promises were not kept.
