Customer Success Consultant
Am I underpaid? I make £66k a year at Appian. I started off as a Management Consultant at a startup in London with almost half the salary and moved to Appian after 2 years. I've been at Appian for over 2 years now, worked on Delivery Projects and Architect Services, My role is a Customer Success Consultant and I've rarely been on the bench.

Need to make an offer decision within 2 days… 1- EY, tech consultant Pros • clear career path • close to friends and family Cons • consulting hours • lower starting salary 2- Appian, solution engineer Pros • great culture and benefits • work life balance Cons • need relocation • product support can be less exciting than project work Worked in a smaller consulting firm before so not sure if I really enjoy building decks and all that consulting stuff. Would appreciate some insights!
