    Pros

    Easy work, no micromanaging, over time is easy to get if that's appealing to you

    Cons

    Low pay, constant changing policies, lack of advancement, scheduling department is terrible, You use your own car if you're a field agent

    Advice to Management

    Management does a great job of staying out of your way, but they're stingy with raises and taking in feedback. Maybe invest in some company cars so field employees don't cause massive wear and tear on their personal vehicles.

    Not a bad company, but it's not something most people will be able to do long term.
