There is a lot or room for growth within the company. Also, the training received on site is great. Management is always there to help you succeed.
The hours can be challenging sometimes and it is tough to deal with some people at their homes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Appleby Systems (Allentown, PA) in April 2015.
Phone interview first and went well. Then asked in for a face to face interview. Met with owner. Lastly I was told I have the job if I want it.
