I applied online. I interviewed at Appleton Talent (Huntsville, AL) in July 2017.
I applied online and 2 days later received an email to setup a time for an initial phone screening. This call was just a review of my resume and to learn about the position and the company. From there I had another phone interview with the Director of HR. This was a more in depth review of my resume. This interview was very brief, lasted less than 10 minutes. I got another email about having a 3rd phone interview with the Director of Customer Support. This call lasted around 30 minutes. This call was mostly the same questions I had been asked on the 2 previous calls but was more in depth about my background. The next step would have been a panel interview, from what I was told, but I did not make it that far.
