Pros
District Managers are always there to help you through any issues that may arise. Great pay structure with benefits to back. Hours are steady for type of pay and they offer incentives for creativity! Northern colorado's DM Josh Scott has been superb and am extremely happy with placement, pay and treatment thus far
Cons
Lots of delivery issues to overcome. Still a new company going through growing pains. Needs to vet better new hires for training. Implement better strategies for LISTENING to their sales associates for less turn over. All of which can be resolved with the right listening ear.

Interview
The process raised red flags from start to finish, and after talking to the CEO, my mind was made up. I got a call for the initial interview and wasn't available at the time so I confirmed the best times to talk. I received the follow up call 10 minutes before I stated I was available. They asked a number of questions that felt like going down a list of checkboxes and finished with asking me to go down to the store the following day for an in-person at 3:00. The other descriptions of the in-person process were all accurate from filling out a lot of useless paperwork and taking 45 minutes to bring me in for my interview, really unprofessional to waste so much time. The interviewer was nice enough and we went through my resume in 10 minutes while I kept being asked questions about what other roles I could see myself doing there. We scheduled a follow-up interview for the following Tuesday. I wasn’t impressed with the process at this point but was hopeful that maybe the CEO would help turn it around. The next day I heard back that the CEO wanted to meet with me over the weekend in the middle of the day for a phone call. I reached back out saying I was available but heard no confirmation from their end. I reached back out again the morning of the interview asking to confirm and heard nothing. Fifteen minutes into the availability window I got a call from the CEO. He asked several questions but left no opportunity to ask my own questions or for us to get to know each other at all. It very much felt like he was there to go through his own list of questions and nothing else. This culmination of smaller to larger flags throughout the process made it clear to me that this was not a company interested in respecting prospective employees, so why would I feel that they would treat their own employees any differently?
