I worked at Applied Industrial Technologies full-time (More than a year)
The pay isn't bad, plus you get monthly bonuses if the monthly profit margins are good.
The job can be stressful, and the management doesn't understand the nuances of your job or why it takes so long to accomplish certain tasks. Management will play favorites... I was a hard worker and fired for a small mistake, while they overlooked larger mistakes or slacking by people they favor. Bottom line, if you are not "liked" you'll get crucified for mistakes others can get away with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Industrial Technologies (Watsonville, CA) in March 2017.
all went well, but never even told me I didn't get the job after taking a day off (w/o pay) and doing an hour long face to face. I would think a company that large would at very least provide a clear answer.
