I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Applift (San Francisco, CA) in September 2015.
Interview
Interview process took extremely long - ranging around 4-5 weeks. They thought they were on the same caliber as Google - providing potential employees with entrance exams to see if they had what it takes in terms of experience (a joke once you learn about the real company and ppl that make it up - in SF)
