I have been working at Applus+ full-time (More than 5 years)
Large company with almost infinite assets, the opportunity to grow is there as long as you can maintain a positive attitude. Being flexible to travel or willing to do undesirable jobs will go a long way and help you move up quickly.
Middle management micro manages things they have little to no understanding of. This causes frustration / miscommunication down the entire pecking order.
Advice to Management
Get more people in management positions that have actually been in the field with proven track records of success.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Applus+ (Chicago, IL).
Interview was your average interview. The manager that interviewed me was very informative. Usual interview questions - What are your strengths and weaknesses? Can you stopped, bend, and be on your feet? How did you hear about the company?
