I have been working at Appspace full-time (More than 3 years)
Set your own schedule. Results are what matters, as long as you're doing your job and communicate with your boss, you're golden. Nice corporate environment and management is pretty accessible. Small company with big company ambitions.
Sometimes lack of organization. There have been times when leadership has not been as clear setting goals and strategies.
Advice to Management
Communication is good, and has improved a lot, but there are still steps to go. There is a disconnect sometimes between what the company's roadmap and future holds, versus the actual day-to-day things that customers are dealing with. Too much focus on what's coming doesn't help the now.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Appspace (Dallas, TX) in May 2015.
Initially HR will contact you, if you meet requirements they will schedule an interview within a few days of that call.
Then you will move to 1 on 1 interviews, once the interviews have been conducted you will be either be provided the job/offer on the spot if they deem you qualified for the position. If not they will send you home.
If you are successful and are provided and offer, they will require you to go through a screening process.
