In an effort to build a better tomorrow for members of our community, the team at Aptean frequently contributes time, effort and money to those in need. ACARE, an esteemed global organization under the Aptean brand, identifies and helps various charities directly in our communities. This gives an opportunity for socially-conscious Aptean volunteers to unite together in order to have an impact on the lives of disadvantaged individuals or a cause that inspires them.

What makes ACARE so special?

  • Efforts are made from each office around the globe. That’s 34 offices stemming from Sydney, Australia; to Tokyo, Japan; Munich, Germany; South Africa; Atlanta, Georgia and 29 more!
  • All charitable work is done on a local scale to ensure ACARE volunteers see their influence and hard work come to fruition. Imagine seeing the smile on someone’s face when you hand them their turkey dinner for Thanksgiving… 1300 times.
  • Our employees get to submit and choose what events and fundraising campaigns ACARE partakes in. So if you and some colleagues are passionate about sponsoring a blood drive, our executives will give you the monetary support to budget the project and get the word out.
  • ACARE has been recognized by multiple media sources for its service and unique approach to acting locally.

Aptean is driven to build a positive, influential and lasting partnership with our fellow neighbors. ACARE’s social commitment to act responsibly and consciously not only helps the community around us, but also our Aptean community within. Get to know your colleagues in other departments and build lifelong friendships, with a bond originating from a joint commitment to community partnership.

At Aptean, we strive to promote a welcoming, upbeat and transparent work environment. We would say we have an open door policy, but we don’t have any doors in our headquarter office. Aptean’s leaders work hard to be approachable, promote respect and value diversity. From interns to executives, all employees work and collaborate in the same environment to promote equality and unity.

It doesn’t stop there either. Through frequent leadership opportunities, team building outings (indoor go carts anyone?) and performance celebrations, you will always find yourself interacting and building valued relationships with others.

Above all, everyone is focused on making work productive, encouraging and fun. Our offices offer community spaces for Aptean employees to socialize, relax, work together or sip on unlimited free cappuccinos. At Aptean, we aspire to foster a corporate culture that allows employees to feel like their work is contributing to the greater good of the world. Can’t beat that feeling.

    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aptean (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2017.

I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn who told me they thought I was the perfect candidate. They asked me to take online personality assessments. The instructions were not clear and the asssessments are more IQ based rather than personality. After taking the tests I had not heard anything for a week so I reached out to the recruiter and she said, "Oh I'll ask the hiring manag r about you today and get back to you." A week later I received a generic rejection email. I started reading reviews on this company and this seems to be the standard of care for treating candidates.
