Ability to make decisions and effect positive change. Interesting technology behind the product, and there are many customer use cases that can't be solved with traditional telephones.
Carrier network outages make life difficult for technology and customer support teams. Sometimes long hours are needed to get the job done, but there's a good strong culture that balances out the cons
Advice to Management
More training would be great, either internal courses on our technology or externally available content. Budgets can be tight but training is something that will pay back in droves.
