I worked at Aptuit part-time (More than 3 years)
This position provided exposure to cGMP regulations, procedures, and a variety of test methods and instrumentation for raw materials, intermediates and final compounds.
The workload was often excessive, and the instrumentation was outdated. This, along with frequent turnover of management and personnel, greatly affected employee morale.
Advice to Management
It would have been beneficial to provide adequate pay raises to keep qualified and talented enployees.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 9+ months. I interviewed at Aptuit (Kansas City, MO).
Pre-interview with Vice Presidents was casual and demonstrated an immediate need for an experienced resource.
Negotiations were positive, however not willing to write-down the commitments. After 3 years Senior Management went back on their 'word' and denied negotiated items.
