Advice to Management
During sales/ contract negotiations, don't sell the farm. Think of operators who must deliver on the sold expectations.
Went through the internship and was hired through a networking contact. During internship, was able to experience and learn from each department such as marketing, catering, accounting, retail and dining operations, human resources. After the internship, was able to be hired into the department that needed the most help and where I spent majority of my internship which was catering.
