Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arbella Insurance (Quincy, IL) in April 2018.
The interview process was a welcoming and friendly. First I met with HR and discussed benefits package and they asked me about my resume. Then I was taken up to shadow one of the reps for a half hour. Finally the two managers interviewed me about where I see myself in a few years, how I deal with adversity, etc.
