I have been working at Arbella Insurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly, welcoming environment and culture.

    Cons

The compensation is far less than ideal.

    Advice to Management

The Operations department, specifically the homeowners unit, is conducted through an out-of-date operating system that creates a lot of issues for employees. A more modernized system could increase overall productivity and minimize mistakes. An entirely computer-generated system to manage agent requests and new business submissions would be ideal and would allow employees to be more productive in many other important areas of the department.
