All of our Arbor Company communities have embraced the new voluntary standards developed by the senior living industry’s leading association, Argentum. The standards complement, rather than replace state laws and regulations governing the operation of senior living communities.
Developed by a panel of executives from independent living, assisted living and memory care communities around the country, the 12 standards provide guidelines for basic practices in the following areas.
I have been working at Arbor Company Senior Living full-time (Less than a year)
Great residents and great staffing
Under staffed. Dont like the rotating days
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Arbor Company Senior Living (Fort Myers, FL) in July 2015.
It wasn't an interview. It was basically them telling me the job description. Once I passed the drug test (they test on you on job) I received the job.
