None come to mind. Not a great company to work for.
Semi monthly pay, low pay for management positions, benefits are extremely expensive, no bonus opportunities as there at most other hotels, no Christmas or holiday bonuses/gifts. Benefits for working for this company are extremely low. They don’t care about their employees.
Advice to Management
Go to bi weekly pay. Managers work extremely hard for your hotel, pay them more and offer them better benefits. That’s why you can’t keep any managers honestly. People are constantly coming and going because other hotel management companies offer much better benefits and much higher pay for the same positions.
