    Advice to Management

    Take care of yourself! This is a hard job and if you don't care for yourself, you won't be able to care for your staff. Treat your staff well so they can treat the clients well.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Arc of the Ozarks.

    Interview

    Received a lot of information about the job I was applying for at the time of the interview. Was asked questions about likes, hobbies, past work experience. The interviewer was polite and friendly and didn't ask question after question. She give me the opportunity to share past experiences about my previous jobs and was very attentive to my answers.
