    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ArcSight (San Francisco, CA) in May 2016

    Interview

    Three-stage: two phone screen and a 4-hour interview. The phone screens were easy, but the face-to-face seemed unorganized. The questions seemed unrelated to the position too often. In the end, I didn't get a good vibe from the leadership team.
    Interview

    A five-story building with two elevators is generating a lot of complaints. The tenants vented that the wait-times for both elevators are slow. As the building manager, how would you solve this problem?
