    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Arch Capital (Jersey City, NJ).

    Interview

I had applied for the position and had heard from HR within a day or two. I had scheduled an interview with HR and then the hiring manager. I had felt both interviews had gone extremely well. In closing the interview the manager seemed very interested and said she would had a decision on a second interview within 1 week. I had to follow up three times never received a callback on the outcome or even a letter indicating the position was filled. After the third follow up I decided this would not be a place I would want to work if a simple phone call could not be returned to give a status.
