Very top heavy with management, little understanding of the talent they have due to strict separation of departments or projects.
Advice to Management
Allow and foster design decisions at all tiers of employment, more inter-office communication at the management level of employee opportunities and projects, decision making should prefer a holistic growth for all an not solely upper management.
