I have been working at Architrave full-time (Less than a year)

The people and culture are truly great. There's a lot of trust within the company, and people are very open and honest with each other. Daily table tennis sessions bring people together, and you will find employees eating lunch together quite often. Everyone is always looking for ways to improve across all departments, so it's always getting better. Freedoms to try new tech. Little to no office politics, people seem to be very genuine. People and Culture team genuinely looking to make it a great place to work, and doesn't make you jump through hoops to get things done. Hosts variety of different meetups. True interest in diversity (not there yet, but trying).

Young company has some growing pains. Can't expect a clear roadmap or product requirements (but this is a known topic and is being addressed).

    Advice to Management

Keep the positive culture, and find good targets for us to reach. It's really motivating to have a clear goalpost we can reach.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Architrave in January 2018.

I was an international applicant and had my interviews via Skype.
The entire process took less than 2 months.

    1. Skype Call: Interviewed with HR and tech lead. General information about your experience and the company. Very relaxed and fun interview.

    2. Technical Question: Build an API to manage some group of assets

    3. Skype with HR, tech lead, and a few developers. It took an hour. It's more of code review, job expectation, a few technical and behavioral questions.

    4. Skype call with HR and salary negotiation

It was an exceptional and one of the best interviews I have had. HR drops feedbacks promptly in your mail at every stage of the interview. The entire process was relaxed, fun and you could tell they are happy employees. It was a positive experience and confirmed the reviews I had read prior to my application.
