Disorganization, lack of standard procedures in many areas, what seemed like a fair bit of concerning spending and a lack of acknowledgement of financial realities with the field team.
Advice to Management
Some level of transparency is critical to maintaining a solid team. When the tram starts to feel left in the dark, things start to go awry.
