I have received a huge amount of personal gratification from helping my clients to provide for their future financial security.
As I think about this question I must say that it seems like all my ciients eventually become close, dear friends. This is partly because I become their "go to" friend for tax, investment, insurance and of course retirement advice. It especially hurts me when they go through often unforeseen life-changing events. Sometime it's a death in a family, a serious medical condition, a wayword son or daughter. I end up grieving with them because of our close relationship that has developed.
Advice to Management
Continue to provide services to the employees and contractors in the energy industry. Increase our capability to provide more preventative instruction and guidance.
