I have been working at Ardor Health Solutions full-time
I've been a Recruiter with Ardor for about a year now and while I've felt content at other jobs, this time I'm actually happy. I've learned a lot so far and am still learning and that shows growth. The company really does care and though management has changed- I've always felt in the loop. Shared communication is key. I get along great with all of the managers- even those who have moved on from the company. Coming to work each day has been both an experience and pleasure.
Coming into the company while there was a shift in management--which isn't necessarily a con-- but adapting to change while learning and connecting was difficult at times.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ardor Health Solutions (Charlottesville, VA).
The interview process was super easy. Ardor was very focused on finding a job that fit my specific needs and asked a lot of great questions. They went to bat for excellent pay and specifics in my contract to match my needs.
