Seem to care about employees. Parent company taking a gamble on US economy with recent acquisitions.
Communication is cloudy ay best. Lots of ad hoc assignments and long term palnning isn't communicated downstream.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Argos.
First stage was assessment center where you are assessed based on whether or not you communicate effectively within the group. Next was an interview with the customer service manager who asked basic questions about serving customers and what I considered good and bad service.
