I worked at Argosy University full-time (More than 3 years)
Great people, training provided, salary is appropriate for work load, positive work environment
still working through transition to new ownership. Needs better communication between management and staff. Promotions depend to much on politics.
Advice to Management
Communicate more and faster. There are no secrets and delaying notifying staff of changes is just creating distrust. Promote using skills and ability and stop using managers opinions as a defining factor. Too many people are getting promoted based on personal connections rather than ability
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Argosy University (Atlanta, GA) in June 2016.
The interview was conducted by telephone. It lasted about 20 mins and I was asked appropriately 5 questions. The interview was conducted by a recruiter from EDMC ( Education Management Cooperation). The interview was conducted on a Wednesday and I heard back (via email) from the recruiter. This was an interview for Argosy University Atlanta.
