I have been working at Ariba full-time (More than a year)
The workplace itself has a great atmosphere, and its good business to have such responsive supervisors and management. There are also plenty of development opportunities.
The environment can be fast-paced, the job itself will induce moderate-to-high stress, and the worm can often feel repetitive, but that's expected for customer support.
Advice to Management
Management does great listening to its team and would be doing the right thing by staying the course.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ariba in May 2017.
I had applied online and got an email from a recruiter to set up an interview with the Hiring manager. The interview was a very short interview with just 10 mins as the interviewer didn't seem to be interested in knowing about more about the candidate. Jumped directly into technical questions. I didn't feel like he was interested in hiring as he didn't seem to be enthusiastic.
