    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Aristotle.

    Interview

Within a week or two of applying online I received an email with a code quiz to complete. Simple ASP.NET webform to match a mockup that would email the form results on submit. It wasn't timed but you were asked to report how much time it took to do both the front end design and the back end functionality. The next week I had a phone interview with the CEO of the interactive department which went well and was followed by an in-person interview with the CEO and Developer lead.

    Negotiation

I was not able to negotiate the pay I wanted. I was promised a 6 month review with the chance for a raise then & after that I should expect a yearly review. Turned out after several years with the company I never got a review and was told by a manager they stopped doing reviews because when an employee got a positive they thought they deserved a raise.
