    Pros

Great work environment and management team. The company offers flexibility of work schedules. I also appreciate that our company cares about our communities throughout the state and highly encourages us to do the same.

    Cons

More consideration on staff department needs for a better work-life balance. I would also like to see more training for employees to improve our communication and help us do our jobs better.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arizona Central Credit Union (Phoenix, AZ) in September 2014.

    Interview

I was contacted by a manager at the Credit Union, who had found my resume online. She told me about the job, and asked me to apply if I was interested. I submitted an application, and was contacted within a week to set up an interview. The interview was a panel with three members of management for the department. They took turns asking questions about my experience and my ideas on marketing and sales. The interview lasted an hour, and I was dismissed. They had several more interviews to conduct. I was contacted within another week, and invited to come back up for a second interview. After that interview I received a job offer, which I accepted.

    Interview Questions

    • Can you tell me about a time when you had to overcome a difficult obstacle to achieve your goal?
Can you describe a time when you were not able to complete your assigned tasks on time? What did you do?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was no room to negotiate. The offer was presented, and it was explained to me that it was their best offer.
