I have been working at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As of being in training for 6 weeks I know more about Health Insurance not only for my job itself but for me and my plan as well. I knew nothing about insurance and just knew that I had to pay a premium. Now I know in-depth information about insurance and BCBS background.

    Cons

You have to have an open mind and be prepared to retain A LOT of information during the 10 week training.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing you guys are amazing and make me feel much more confident then I was before.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (North Little Rock, AR) in August 2017.

    Interview

The hiring process was very straightforward and professional. It took awhile before I had received any notification that I was being considered for the role. Then after being contacted by HR to do a panel interview. The panel interview consisted of 4 to 6 STAR questions.

    Interview Questions

    • I can't recall the questions they asked me, but they were wanting the answers in a STAR format.   2 Answers
