    Pros

No pros really, big canteen, but usually overcrowded.

    Cons

There is a workplace bullying culture at NCD Stourton in Leeds, especially among gap agency employees.Bullies are encouraged by management. Health and safety are an issue there too.Avoid working there at any cost.

    Advice to Management

Stop encouraging and taking side of the bullies, rednecks ,etc, stop favouring people who always complain about others..Stop rotating employees every week.Give lockers to agency employees.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arla Foods UK (Leeds, England (UK)) in August 2015.

    Interview

Interview was pretty straightforward. Competency based interview, then a presentation task (no preparation needed beforehand). And then questions following the presentation.

It was a lengthy process overall though - about 3+ months from application. After my interview it took them about 3 weeks to get back to me due to lots of interviews (which wasn't pleasant).
