Great space, super sharp talented teams that care about their work.
This past winter made commuting to Boston very difficult.
Advice to Management
There is never too much when it comes to communication.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arnold Worldwide (Boston, MA).
I contacted Arnold via the Emerson College Network and found a peer mentor that I then interviewed with. She was responsive to my inquiry and invited me in for an interview after seeing my portfolio. I was undecided at the time about whether I would pursue full time employment or graduate school so I did not get the job. The interview process was a good insight into Arnold culture, which I could tell is extremely competitive. I thought the woman was very nice, however, and she did give me a tour of the company.
