Ashley Pitts, Implementations Manager for AtHome Care, is our Employee in the Spotlight this month!     I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Array Behavioral Care (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2022


    Talk to a recruiter for about 30 minutes - very excited and intrigued. Did not know all the clinical answers, but he is a recruiter

    Talked to a clinical advocate specialist - she wanted to know my background and evidenced based practices. Told me that there was productivity and there were other therapists working within this clinic. Could not tell me what my "every day to day work life would look like". Could not answer questions directly.

    Found out later that there were not other therapists working in this clinic and no productivity from the recruiter.

    This lost my trust within their process. They extended an offer but I recommended to talk to a therapist who worked with Array, my supervisor (who they did not know who would be), they did not even know when my clinic would be located (continued to say Indiana, do you know how big Indiana is?!)

    Ended up talking to a therapist working with Array, she was helpful.

    Did not sign the offer due to not trusting them, they were unsure about details which I feel like I need them to be confident about prior to me accepting a role.

    If I were you.. I would be leary. These are details which people need to disclose prior to you accepting an offer.

    Wanted to know more about your clinical experience and how you handle crisis.
