    I applied online. I interviewed at Arrowhead Credit Union (New York, NY).

    Interview

    Honestly, the first interview over the phone went really great. The HR representative Dana was very helpful, and the questions she asked were relevant to the job. I went through to the in person interview, and that was a completely different experience. I was interviewed by two young women, who honestly should have not been conducting the interviews. Not only did they not know how to be interviewers, but they kept smiling and pausing while I waited for follow up questions and responses to my answers. It was very awkward because the questions were very open-ended. I kept expecting for an additional question to follow, however that never happened. They started with "Have you ever been in a difficult situation?" I asked, "Regarding customer service? or the job I'm currently at?..."However they just smiled and stared at me then finally one of them said, "Towards anything." Very unprofessional, I have a B.A. in communications, I can tell you that they have no experience interviewing at all.
