I have been working at Arthur Marshall full-time (More than a year)
I have been working at Arthur Marshall for about two years. There has been more growth in my career and life in these past two years then ever before. The owners have a true open door policy that allows for free flow of innovation. If you feel held back by parameters outside of your control and are ready for a change then this is the place for you.
The only downside of Arthur Marshall is the size of the company. While this may be a downside in some aspects it allows for unlimited opportunity. I had worked at two large organizations in the past and with both positions there was a glass ceiling. This is due to how the organization set up and the amount of opportunity available. Also, any changes that need to be made are made very quickly, which is attributed to our size.
Advice to Management
Keep doing exactly what you are doing. The management has helped the company evolve into a culture that supports professional growth and personal growth.

I submitted my resume to Arthur Marshall via linkedin. I was contacted by the HR manager, shortly after that. We were able to have a phone conversation around the job and my background as well a set up an interview time. I came in for the interview, was first interviewed by the HR manager, he asked a lot of great questions, was truly making sure I would make a great fit, as well as answered all my questions I had as well to ensure I was comfortable with the company. After that I was introduced to the CEO as well as the Head of Recruiting, both were very friendly and professional during the interview process. They helped me understand how I would be successful in my new role as well as outlined the total scope of the job going forward. Also, they were able to answer all my questions I had in regards to training, pay and company development. All during the process I felt they were very open and honest about explaining the job but also showing me how I can be successful. Everyone I met before, during and after the interview was very friendly.
